NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provision of section 3(7) of the Naparima Bowl Act, Chap. 40:51 of the Laws of the<br />
Republic of <strong>Trinidad</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Tobago</strong>, the Minister of Human Development, Youth <strong>and</strong> Culture (formerly Ministry of Culture <strong>and</strong> Gender<br />
