TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF STAND-BY GENERATORS TO SIX
COURT BUILDINGS FOR THE JUDICIARY OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
TENDERS are invited for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Stand-by Generators to six (6) Court Buildings for the
Judiciary.
Tender documents may be obtained during normal working hours at the Central Tenders Board’s Office, 116, Frederick Street,
Port-of-Spain.
Any further information may be obtained during normal working hours from Mr. Kelvin Preudhomme, Electrical and Electronics
Supervisor, Building, Plant and Equipment Unit, Judiciary. Telephone Number 625-2781, Ext. 3054. Cell Number 789-8006.
Tenderers are required to pay a tender deposit of $500.00 to the Director of Contracts by cash or certified cheque and attach the
official receipt to their tender.
Prospective tenderers are also required to visit the sites in order to acquaint themselves with conditions which may influence their
tender. These visits are scheduled as follows:

Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
(i) valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date
of the tender; and
(ii) valid Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act.
One (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender should be placed in sealed envelopes, clearly marked on the outside: “Tender for the
supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Stand-by Generators to six (6) Court Buildings for the Judiciary of Trinidad and
Tobago” and addressed to the Chairman, Central Tenders Board, 116, Frederick Street, Port-of-Spain. The envelopes must be deposited
in the Brown Tenders Box, located in the lobby of the Board’s Office no later than 1.00 p.m. on Thursday 6th October, 2005.
Tenderers are asked to note that the dimensions of the slot of the Tenders Box are 37.5 cm. x 5.5 cm.
Tenders will be opened publicly, shortly thereafter. The tenderer or his representative may be present at the opening.
Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances.
The Board does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender.
