Make this New Year one of optimistic change for you and your family<br />

by discovering new and exciting ways to stay fit. Get started by<br />

participating in our <strong>2015</strong> The Biggest Mover Fitness Challenge. Earn<br />

a chance to win one of several prizes at the end and weekly prizes<br />

throughout the challenge. Of course the best prize of all is becoming a healthier<br />

you, so no matter what you win! Discover what your membership has to offer<br />

by attending new class formats you have always wanted to try: Zumba, Yoga,<br />

Instanity, Piyo, Group Cycle, and more.<br />

This year get the kids involved by participating in one of the group fitness classes<br />

specially designed for youth. New youth fitness schedules are available on our<br />

website.<br />

FAMILY FUN NIGHT<br />

Wednesday, <strong>January</strong> 21<br />

4-7PM<br />

<strong>2015</strong> FITNESS CHALLENGE THE BIGGEST MOVER<br />

It’s time to get serious and focused on our fitness routine. Group Fitness classes will keep us<br />

motivated and getting results. You’ll find a wide variety of classes so you’re sure to find a class that<br />

fits your goals. You only need to average 2 classes per week to be eligible for the big prize, but every<br />

class you attend gets you closer to your goals and entered to win the weekly prize.<br />

STEP ONE<br />

Register on line – your 8 weeks starts when you register. Registrations accepted<br />

Jan 5 – 31st.<br />

STEP TWO<br />

Attend group fitness classes and record attendance by signing the roster at each class. Every class<br />

attended = one entry towards the weekly prizes.<br />

STEP THREE<br />

Once 15 classes are completed submit your log to be entered for a chance to win the grand prize.<br />
