The main living space is organised around
the upper entrance level. Approaching the
front door, it’s possible to see right through
the living space, out of the south facing
windows and to the views over Bath.
The open plan space serves as a hall, living
room, dining room, study and kitchen.
Sliding doors between each room offer the
ability to change the use of the space.
A series of glazed doors & windows along
the living and dining areas provide views
out across the city. Two feature roof lights,
one in the kitchen and the other over the
stairwell, ensure that the morning sun
illuminates the main living spaces.
All the living areas have solid American
white oak floors with polished concrete
in the kitchen/utility and Rehau under
floor heating. The living rooms and
kitchen have both concealed and feature
low energy lighting.
The kitchen has extensive bespoke
cabinets in white with stainless steel
work surfaces, large cupboards and
drawers and includes a large central
island. The kitchen is plumbed for fridge,
dishwasher and a gas/electric range with
hood extraction. There is an adjoining
utility room with plumbing for a washing
machine and dryer. Beyond this is the
plant room with a Keston C40 boiler,
Shuco solar thermal system, large hot
water tank and eco-water softener.
