Record your voice in the Music Clubhouse Studio<br />
over your favorite artist’s instrumentals and put it<br />
on a CD to take home and listen to or share with<br />
friends and family. Record original songs in the<br />
state-of-the-art recording studio located at the<br />
Lawrence YMCA’s Music Clubhouse. Learn how to<br />
use microphones, headphones, a mixing board, and<br />
Protools Recording software to create an album of<br />
original material or covers of your favorite artists.<br />

On the first Thursday of every month, the Music<br />
Clubhouse hosts an Open Mic Night, giving anyone<br />
the chance to hit the stage and show off their<br />
talents!<br />

Every Thursday, the Lawrence Music Clubhouse<br />
hosts Music Workshop Thursdays! Each Thursday<br />
Music Clubhouse instructors lead different<br />

Recording Workshops, Lyric Writing Workshops,<br />
Music Trivia Night, Song Writing Workshops,<br />
Performance Development Workshops, Band<br />
Practices, and Jazz Improv Workshops and many<br />
more exciting workshops.<br />
