Coordination of offshore educations
The sub-project concentrates at organizing an education evironment in the area that may support the
companies. Based on the needs of the companies a collaboration across educational institutions is
established.
Recruitment and marketing
The sub-project focuses at recruitment of member of staff of the future for the offshore industry. Education
teams, focus at municipal primary and lower secondary schools and the upper secondary educations, virtual
learning etc. are some of the focus.
The offshore wind industry
The sub-project has its focus on development of the offshore wind industry. Documentation of macro financial
conditions, possibilities and barriers in correlation with knowledge transfer in and between clusters, analysis
of value chain etc.
