Forord<br />
Cent<strong>er</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Konfliktløsning</strong> (CfK) har uddannet ca. 250 <strong>unge</strong>mægl<strong>er</strong>e<br />
siden <strong>for</strong>søgsprojektet ”Hva’ har du gang i?” sluttede<br />
i 2006. De <strong>unge</strong>mægl<strong>er</strong>e, vi har uddannet, <strong>er</strong> SSP-konsulent<strong>er</strong><br />
ell<strong>er</strong> ansatte i social<strong>for</strong>valtning<strong>er</strong>, klubb<strong>er</strong>, daginstitution<strong>er</strong>,<br />
skol<strong>er</strong> ell<strong>er</strong> politi. Fælles <strong>for</strong> dem alle <strong>er</strong>, at de <strong>er</strong> blevet und<strong>er</strong>vist<br />
i mæglingens metod<strong>er</strong>, etik og dilemma<strong>er</strong>, og de har trænet<br />
rollen som upartisk <strong>konflikt</strong>mægl<strong>er</strong>. For at inspir<strong>er</strong>e fl<strong>er</strong>e til at<br />
bruge <strong>konflikt</strong>mægling i d<strong>er</strong>es arbejde med børn og <strong>unge</strong> giv<strong>er</strong><br />
vi i denne pjece nogle eksempl<strong>er</strong> på, hvordan hv<strong>er</strong>dagens <strong>konflikt</strong><strong>er</strong><br />
håndt<strong>er</strong>es af <strong>unge</strong>mægl<strong>er</strong>e i <strong>for</strong>skellige situation<strong>er</strong> ude i<br />
de kommun<strong>er</strong>, d<strong>er</strong> <strong>er</strong> godt i gang.
