Ansvar og opgavefordeling
Det er ledelsens ansvar, at der forefindes en lokal vejledning for empatisk kommunikation,
og at den lokale vejledning er tilgængelig for og kendt af medarbejderne.
Ledelsen er i samarbejde med den lokale kvalitetsgruppe ansvarlige for den løbende
evaluering og justering af praksis.
Den enkelte medarbejder er ansvarlig for at holde sig opdateret om indholdet i den
lokale vejledning og at anvende den.
