Terms and Conditions :1. Order form duly filled in should be sent to Mint along with full payment including Tax/VAT ExciseDuty by Demand Draft payable at Mumbai, drawn on any Scheduled Bank issued in favour of INDIAGOVERNMENT MINT (UNIT OF SPMCIL) COLLECTION A/c. Cheques will not be accepted.2. The above cost is inclusive of Tax/VAT.3. All transactions are subject to Mumbai Jurisdictions.4. Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.5. The Mint reserves the right not to accept an order either in whole or in part.6. The purchase of these coin sets will not bestow permission for export thereof, which is regulated byspecial order issued from time to time.7. The Mint reserves the right to discontinue or stop the booking of coin sets without any noticedepending upon the availability of stock, production capacity and the price of metal etc.8. Changes in duty & taxes will be on actual.9. The Mint will make efforts to deliver all coin sets booked as per delivery schedule. However, due tounforeseen reasons if the delivery is affected and delayed the Mint reserve the right toextend delivery period.10. The Mint will not be responsible for the delay or loss of the coin sets despatched by post and the claimfor substitute coin sets will not be entertained unless and until the postal authorities refund the insuredamount.11. The dispatched parcel if returned by the postal authorities will be re-dispatched only on receipt of freshpostal charges.12. Any change in delivery address should be informed immediately to the Mint by the subscriber/personbooking the coin.
