Easter is traditionally a good time to enjoy a <strong>Danish</strong> smorgasbord – why not <strong>in</strong>vite<br />
your friends and family along to the <strong>Danish</strong> <strong>Club</strong>. It’s delicious with many favourites<br />
on the menu <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g pickled herr<strong>in</strong>g, smoked salmon, fish wedges with remoulade,<br />
roast pork with red cabbage, leverpostej, medisterpølse, roast beef, rullepølse and<br />
Esrom cheese. <strong>The</strong> bar is stocked with Tuborg and Carlsberg brewed <strong>in</strong> Denmark and<br />
a variety of snaps – how does a cold Red Aalborg or Jubilæum sound?<br />
Price: $30 for members and $35 for guests (children under 12 $15/$17.50).<br />
All tickets must be booked and pre-paid by Tuesday 27 March <strong>2012</strong>. Email Lone<br />
