A one-hundred year old olive tree is the eyecatching
basic design element of every "Vapiano"

branch. This tree dominates the room with its
powerful and inspiring aura in a unique way.
»KookiBig« lights were used above the tree to
emphasize the visual hot spot even further.
The pasta making station - the "Pasti Manifattura"
- behind a glass pane is brightly lit and allows guest
to partake in the pleasure of cooking. The joyful
sounds of cooking with pots being stirred and food
being chopped creates a uniquely pleasant and
relaxing atmosphere. This behavioristic effect is
supported by the lighting concept in the dining area
where the lights are deliberately turned down. The
balance of the clear and uncluttered lines, only
broken up with individual and sparsely set design
elements, combined with the targeted lighting design
creates specific accents. The focus of the
»MatrixBig« spot lights is directed on the tables, on
where the action is.
The bar area also is in line with the defines design
concept and provides a new twist on an old idea with
expressive leather furniture as well as the smart
illumination of the bar shelves and and wine racks.
