The Easy Case System of aluminium extrusions <strong>and</strong> interlocking plastic corners allow fast assembly of cases without the need for rivets. Corners, extrusions <strong>and</strong> 7 mm wood or plastic<br />
materials can be easily glued together or tacked, using an air tacker <strong>and</strong> 6 mm double prong tacks (Q997). Easy Case Aluminium Extrusions for 7 mm material are available in mill<br />
finish or anodised (A) <strong>and</strong> EasyCase plastic corners, poly amide PA6 reinforced with 30% glasfibre beads are available in black <strong>and</strong> three shades of grey.<br />
Das Easy Case System besteht aus Aluminiumprofilen (Deckelrahmen, Schließ profil male/female und Casemaker) und den dazugehörigen in ein <strong>and</strong>er greifenden Kunststoffecken,<br />
welche eine schnelle Montage von Koffern und Cases ohne Nieten ermöglichen. Die Ecken, Profile und das 7 mm Flächen material werden einfach geklebt oder getackert mit einem<br />
Druckluftnagler und den passenden 6 mm Heft klammern (Q997). EasyCase Aluminium profile für 7 mm Material sind blank oder eloxiert (A) lieferbar. EasyCase Kunststoffecken aus<br />
Polyamid PA6 mit 30% GK verstärkt sind in schwarz und drei Grau-Abstufun gen lieferbar.
