Verankerung der Leine liegt, desto größer wird die Bedeutung<br />
ihrer Standzeit. <strong>Gleistein</strong> unterstützt die Lösung mit<br />
war tungsfreien Verankerungsseilen. Extrem leistungsfähige<br />
Mehr kern seile aus Dyneema ® oder Polyester mit äußerst<br />
geringer Dehnung erfüllen die gestellten Anforderungen<br />
am besten – egal, woher der Wind weht.<br />
The area of wind energy is enjoying an unabated boom, which<br />
will increasingly blow over to floating offshore wind parks<br />
in the future. As with offshore oil and gas rigs in deep waters,<br />
the aspect of anchoring is of pivotal concern for both safety<br />
and economy in such wind energy facilities. The deeper<br />
the anchorage, the more crucial the question of its longevity<br />
becomes. <strong>Gleistein</strong> provides the solution with maintenancefree<br />
mooring lines. Its high-performance, multi-core ropes<br />
made of Dyneema ® or polyester, both boasting extremely low<br />
stretch characteristics, are the perfect choice – any which<br />
way the wind blows.<br />
Notfallschlepp systeme<br />
ETS ropes<br />
Auch wenn Sie es nie benutzen wollen – es ist besser, zu wissen,<br />
dass es an Bord ist: Ein NotfallSchleppsystem oder Emergency<br />
Towing System (ETS). In Extremsituationen zählt jede<br />
Sekunde – das ETS muss sofort einsatzbereit und seine<br />
Bedienung auch durch eine kleine Crew möglich sein. Das<br />
System ist jedoch nur so gut, wie das verwendete Seil –<br />
hier an der Qualität zu sparen ist deshalb unverantwortlich.<br />
Durch ihr geringes Gewicht und leichtes Handling sind<br />
insbesondere Dyneema ® Seile besonders gegeignet. Für<br />
zusätzliche Sicherheit und im Falle spezieller Umstände – so<br />
wie bei Tankern, bei denen der Brandschutz eine größere<br />
Rolle spielt – sind Aramidseile zu bevorzugen. <strong>Gleistein</strong> stellt<br />
außerdem so genannte PickUpLeinen und weiteres<br />
Sicherheitsequipment rund um diese wichtige Sicherheitseinrichtung<br />
her.<br />
You’ll never want to use it but will rest easier knowing you<br />
have it on board: an Emergency Towing System (ETS). In<br />
extreme situations, every second counts. The ETS must be<br />
immediately deployable and capable of being launched<br />
with the absolute minimum of crew. The system can only be<br />
as good as the rope it uses, that’s why you can’t afford to<br />
skimp on quality. Their low weight and easy handling<br />
attri butes make Dyneema ® ETS ropes an excellent general<br />
option. For added protection and in other instances, such<br />
as on tankers where the requirements stipulate fireproofing,<br />
aramid fibre ropes are the product of choice. <strong>Gleistein</strong> also<br />
manufactures so-called pick-up lines and other safety<br />
equipment that round out these all-important emergency<br />
