SAENA helps local authorities and municipalities in Saxony to
increase the use of renewable energies. With Manergy we support and
accompany two Saxon target regions (Muldenland and Oberlausitz-
Niederschlesien) during the elaboration of their regional energy
concepts (WP3) and help to prepare the implementation of local
projects of these two energy concepts (WP5). SAENA also coordinates
WP4 and contributes a study on necessary requirements for the
establishment of regional energy agencies with focus on a longterm
sustainable financing as well as a business plan proposal.

Is a consulting organization with well-established market position which
for 20 years has participated in the transformation of the local economy
by supporting the activities of small and medium enterprises and
local governments, as well as leading efforts to actively fight against
unemployment and promote entrepreneurship among the region’s
inhabitants. It’s a joint Stock company and the Chief Owner is Local
Government of Lower Silesian Voivodeship (Marshall Office).
ARLEG will participate in creation of concepts for the improvement of
energy efficiency in the region, raising awareness on renewable energy
utilization, gaining experience and know-how on the field of energy
management. ARLEG will deliver its regional studies and concepts
and introduce the best practices of their regions on the field of energy
management.
Experiences on the field of innovation and project implementation
makes ARLEG capable to learn from the results of Manergy.
Elaborating concepts and strategies will enable us to gain more
experience and knowledge on the field of renewable energy sources.
International cooperation can show good practice of use renewable
energy sources and the rationalization of energy supply. ARLEG want
to assist the improvement of energy efficiency, renewable energy
utilization of local authorities in region, by proposing efficient energy
supply management methods.
