The “velotaxi”, a man-powered velocipede or tricycle, is an<br />
environment-friendly alternative to motor-driven transportation<br />
for up to two passengers. You’ll find them commuting on two<br />
regular downtown routes between 12 and 20 h from end<br />
of March to end of October. A simple wave of the hand is<br />
enough to flag one down and start your journey. The velotaxi<br />
stand is located at Café Hauptwache. The initial cost is<br />
€1,50. Each kilometre commenced costs a further € 1,00.<br />
