Eine nach innen bzw. nach außen gewölbte Form erlaubt den Kindern ein beidseitiges
und gefahrloses Beklettern. Die gebogene, leicht geneigte Scheibe besteht aus 6 mm
dickem Edelstahlblech. Der Scheibenrand und alle Klettergriff-/Trittöffnungen haben
einen Kantenschutz aus 20 mm Rundrohr. Eine glasperlgestrahlte Oberfläche
verleiht der geschweißten Edelstahlkonstruktion ein einheitliches und reflexfreies
Aussehen. Das Gesamtgewicht der Spielplastik beträgt ca. 200 kg. Für die Montage
ist ein bauseitiges Fundament vorzusehen.

Its concave or convex shape allows children to climb safely on both sides. The
curved, slightly slanted disc is made of 6 mm thick stainless steel sheet. The
disc edge as well as all handholds and footholds feature an edge protection made
from 20 mm circular tube. A glass-bead blasted surface lends the welded stainless
steel structure a homogeneous and non-reflecting appearance. The play
structure’s total weight is approximately 200 kg. For assembly, an on-site
foundation has to be provided.

Ein einzigartiger Robinienholz-Spielplatz am Leipziger Naturfreundehaus
Grethen ist eröffnet. Die Leipziger Naturfreunde in Grethen bei Grimma
bieten rund um ihr Naturfreundehaus „puren Naturgenuss“ und Erholung
umgeben von Wald und Wiesen. Doch bisher fehlte noch eine Kleinigkeit: eine
große Spiel- und Bewegungsanlage inmitten dieser traumhaften Idylle. Da es
insbesondere für Kinder rund ums Naturfreundehaus viel zu entdecken gibt,
sollten die vielen kleinen Besucher auch eine Möglichkeit zum Spielen und
Toben erhalten. Es entstand die Idee, das Gelände um einen großen Abenteuerspielplatz
mit einem zentralen Baumhaus zu erweitern. Dieser musste vor
allem natürlich, kreativ und einzigartig sein. Der Firma Ziegler Spielplätze von
A bis Z ist es gelungen, hier eine außergewöhnliche Spielanlage zu konstruieren,
die sich mit ihren natürlich belassenen Robinienholz-Elementen wunderbar
in die Waldatmosphäre fügt. Denn das splintfreie Kernholz des heimischen
Robinienbaums, aus dem alle Spielplatzgeräte gefertigt werden, behält bei der
Verarbeitung seine natürliche Form und ist für dieses Projekt somit optimal
geeignet. In Verbindung mit einem originellen Konzept entstand eine Baumhauskonstruktion,
die abenteuerliche Elemente wie Wellen-Wackelbrücken,
Wendeltreppenaufstieg, ein Kletternetz-Tunnel-System und eine lange
Röhrenrutsche aus rostfreiem Edelstahl ab sofort für alle kleinen Naturfreunde

Aunique playground built from Robinia wood has been opened at the Naturfreundehaus
Grethen (Grethen Friends-of-Nature House) in the district of
Leipzig. The Leipzig Friends of Nature in Grethen near Grimma offer “pure enjoyment
of nature” and relaxation at their Friends-of-Nature House set amidst
woods and meadows. However, one thing has been missing so far: a large activity
playground nestled amidst this beautiful and idyllic scenery. As there is so
much out there around the Friends-of-Nature House waiting to be discovered and
explored in particular by children, the many little visitors were also to be given an
opportunity to play and romp around. The idea of expanding the area by adding
a large adventure playground with a central tree house arose. In particular, this
playground had to be natural, creative and unique. The Ziegler Playgrounds A –
Z company has succeeded in creating an exceptionally designed playground
which blends perfectly into the scenery with its natural Robinia wood elements.
For the sap-clear heartwood of the native Robinia tree, from which all playground
equipment is made, keeps its natural shape and character during processing
and is thus ideally suitable for this project. In conjunction with a highly original
concept, a tree house was built, which as of now holds exciting elements such as
wave wobble bridges, spiral staircase, a climbing net tunnel system as well as
a long tube slide made of stainless steel in store for little nature lovers.
