eflex ’fillset compact’ Montage Die Nachspeiseleitung ist so in das System einzubinden, dass eine Druckabsicherung gegenüber zu hohem Trinkwassernetzdruck durch das anlagenseitige Sicherheitsventil gegeben ist. Ansonsten ist in die Nachspeiseleitung ein Druckminderer mit Sicherheitsventil einzubauen. Am Ablauftrichter betriebsbedingt austretendes Sperrwasser muss unterhalb des Systemtrenners bauseits abgeführt werden. Nach dem Einbau des ’fillset compact’ ist die Dichtheit sowie die Funktion des Systemtrenners zu überprüfen (→ S. 4). Einbau Manometer: Beim Einbau eines Manometers oder eines Prüfstutzens an den Manometeranschluss des Systemtrenners für die Wartung muss bauseits ein Adapter (erhältlich auf Anfrage) verwendet werden, da sonst das Kunststoffgehäuse durch ein evtl. eingedichtetes Manometer beschädigt werden kann. Entfernen Sie den Manometerstopfen, schrauben Sie das Manometer in den Adapter und anschließend den Adapter mit dem Manometer handfest in das Gehäuse. Zum Anschluss eines Manometers an den Adapter kann jedes Manometer R ¼ genutzt werden. Achtung: Den Adapter nicht eindichten! Handnachspeisung Wird ’fillset compact’ zur Handnachspeisung bzw. zum Füllen der Anlage eingesetzt, ist der Absperrung je nach Bedarf manuell zu öffnen oder zu schließen. Der Anlagendruck ist am bauseitigen Manometer zu überwachen. Automatische Nachspeisung Wird das ’fillset compact’ vor automatische Nachspeisungen wie ’magcontrol’, ’variomat’, ’reflexomat’ oder ’servitec’ geschaltet, so ist die Absperrung im Betrieb ständig geöffnet. Installation Make sure the water make-up is connected to the system the way that it is protected from too high pressure from the water mains by a safety valve. Otherwise a pressure reducer with safety valve must be installed in the replenishment line. Water leaking from the drain funnel during operation must be evacuated through an on-site discharge. After the installation of the ’fillset compact’, check for leaks and verify the operation of the system separator (→ p. 4). Installation of a manometer: In order to mount a manometer or a test nipple to the manometer connection of the system separator an on-site adapter (available upon request) must be used. Otherwise the plastic housing could be damaged by the eventually sealed thread of the manometer. Remove plastic manometer plug. Screw the manometer into the adapter and fit the assembly hand-screwed into the plastic body of the system separator. The adapter is fitting any manometer with R ¼ thread. Attention: Do not use sealing band or any compound on the adapter! Manual replenishment If the ’fillset compact’ is applied for manual replenishment or for filling the system, manually open or close the isolating valves as required. Check the system pressure on the on-site pressure gauge. Automatic water make-up If the ’fillset compact’ is applied together with automatic water make-up units such as ’magcontrol’, ’variomat’, ’reflexomat’ or ’servitec’, the isolating valves must be kept open in operation.
