This ensuresthat the vulcanization process beginsevenly at the sensitive sections. Theimmersion roller sections are dividedinto two or more sections with separatedrives guarantee a safe transportationof the profiles and tocompensate for profile elongation.Knock rollers and hot-air nozzlesensure that the salt is withheld at theend of the immersion section. Theythoroughly pre-clean the profiles andkeep the salt discharge to a minimum.The remaining salt is removedin the washing section that follows.The washing water containing thesalt is returned via a salt recoverysystem.
