When the lever is set to the ComfortPlus setting, the amount of water can also be limited. This is a water-saving setting, which reduces theamount of water to 60% of the maximum flow. If the lever is pushed beyond this setting, water flowwill revert to maximum capacity, i.e. 100%. When the lever is released it will automatically return to thewater-saving setting. This way, not only is water saved, but energy too!The mechanism inside thermostatic mixer taps also meets high quality standards. This element reactsdirectly to variations in temperature and the temperature remains the same when there are any fluctuationsin water pressure. If the cold water supply suddenly stops, so will the water outflow from thethermostatic tap thus precluding the possibility of scalding. Additionally, all Sphinx Gustavsberg thermostaticmixer taps are fitted with a dual temperature restriction mechanism (38°C and 45°C).
