Der mit der Schweißportion gefüllte Euro-Tiegel wird direkt auf das spezielle Formhalteblech
E aufgesetzt und befindet sich somit zentral unmittelbar über der Gießform.
Die um das Gewicht des Tiegels entlastete Spannvorrichtung konnte dadurch
konstruktiv vereinfacht werden.
Besonders geeignet erweist sich der Euro-Tiegel bei allen THERMIT ® - Schweißverfahren
mit zentralem Einguss zum Verschweißen von Vignol-, Rillen -und Kranbahnschienen.
Nur bei asymmetrischem Gießschema (SmW-F) und bei Schweißungen SRZ L75
ist der Einsatz einer modifizierten Tiegelhalterung vorgesehen.

The crucible charged with the THERMIT ® -Portion is located centrally over and close
to the upper part of the mould by placing it onto specially designed mould shoes.
A new simplified clamping device is made possible because it is relieved from the
weight of the Crucible.
In particular the Single Use Crucible can be favoured for all THERMIT ® -welding technologies
with central pouring systems for welding flat bottom-, grooved-and crane
rails. Only in case of asymmetrical ingating (SmW-F) and for welds SRZ L75 a modified
crucible tripod is provided.

Le Creuset Jetable chargé avec la portion de soudage est directement placé sur la
tôle de support de moule E et ainsi il se trouve bien centré directement sur le moule.
Le dispositif de serrage étant soulagé du poids du creuset, il était possible de simplifier
sa construction.
Le Creuset Jetable est particulièrement qualifié pour tous les procédés de soudage
THERMIT ® avec bouche de coulée centrale destiné au raboutage des rails Vignoles,
à gorge et de translation de grues. Sauf pour le schéma de coulée asymétrique
(SmW-F) et pour les soudages SRZ L75, il sera fait usage d‘un support de creuset
modifié.
