GMINA ŚWIDNICAWe are very happy to present You with theedition of Tourist Folder of Świdnica municipality.This publication was created under the projectcalled "Meeting of the partner municipalitiesin Świdnica - "Development ofcross-border cooperation in the years 2005- 2015". It is co-sponsored by the Euroregion"Spree - Nysa – Bober” by the Cross-BorderCooperation Operational Programme of Poland(Lubuskie) - Brandenburg 2007 – 2013– The European Territorial Cooperation,which is realized in cooperation with thepartner community Lübbenau.This is first such release, so we hope that visitorsand tourists will share their opinionswith us in order to improve future publications.Project meetings will result in enhancingthe partnership between friendship communities.This in turn will increase the numberof partnership projects involving two mainsectors: culture and tourism. Our interestingTourist Folder of Świdnica municipality –the place of the project – will contribute tothis concept by allowing our partner tolearn more about Świdnica community andwill also encourage to frequent visits in thisfriendly land.The folder contains descriptions of townsand villages, historic sites and hiking trails.Someof them proposed by our citizens.There is a special place in this publicationfor news and information about our Germanpartner town Lübbenau. We have been cooperatingon various projects for many yearswith Lübbenau.
