<strong>ER</strong>-GEBÄUDE <strong>ER</strong>-BUILDINGS<br />
So entwickelt <strong>ER</strong> Bausätze<br />
Es beginnt mit einem Bild oder einem Grundriss, der<br />
eingescannt und dann bearbeitet wird. Da nach wird<br />
die gesamte Zeichnung in den entsprechenden Maßstab<br />
umgesetzt. Die Zeichnung wird in einzelnen<br />
Schritten für die Formgebung in jedes Bauteil zerlegt.<br />
Die Herstellung von <strong>ER</strong>-Gebäuden<br />
Die Gebäude werden aus Karton und Holz hergestellt.<br />
Diese Materialen werden geschnitten und dreidimensional<br />
mit einem Hochleistungslaser graviert. Die verschiedenen<br />
Teile wie Dächer, Mauern, Fenster, Türen<br />
bekommen ihre eigene Struktur.<br />
Die Laserrückstände auf der Struktur sollten nicht<br />
entfernt, sondern mit der Grundierung verarbeiten<br />
und somit gleichzeitig altern. Alle Gebäude wurden<br />
nach Originalvorlagen entwickelt.<br />
Das Bauen eines <strong>ER</strong>-Bausatzes<br />
Die Kanten vor dem Zusammenkleben mit feinem<br />
Schmirgelpapier oder einer Bürste (z.B. alte Zahnbürste)<br />
von Laserrückständen reinigen. Dies ist ganz<br />
wichtig, die Grundierung schützt die Modelle gegen<br />
Feuchtigkeit und macht den Karton stabil.<br />

This is how <strong>ER</strong>-Buildings are produced<br />
It starts with a picture or blue print of the original<br />
building which will be scanned and edited. The images<br />
are then scaled (e.g. 1 / 87) and computer files<br />
created. These files will be created for all the different<br />
building parts. This is also the time when the surface<br />
texture will be scanned and created.<br />
The creation process of <strong>ER</strong>-Buildings<br />
The buildings are made of card and wood which are<br />
cut and engraved by a high-powered laser. This process<br />
gives the texture and the burn residue can be<br />
sealed with a primer so it gives an already weathered<br />
look. All the structures are models of actual existing<br />
buildings.<br />
Building an <strong>ER</strong>-Building kit:<br />
After the basic building shell construction is done,<br />
utilise the special primer to seal the cardboard. This<br />
is very important, because it will make the building<br />
resistant against moisture.<br />
To paint the structures, use <strong>ER</strong> pigment and acrylic<br />
paints, brush and a sponge. The advantage of pigment<br />
paints is that they dry with a completely matt<br />
finish.<br />
