The participants of VAUDE Trans Schwarzwald will ride through one of the most beautiful regions of the earth
and through partially protected areas. Throwing away some garbage or drinking bottles in nature is therefore
absolutely forbidden and only possible in the indicated catering areas! In case of not respecting these rules a time
penalty will be imposed by the jury. In case of repetition a disqualification might be possible.
6.6 Teilnehmerpräsent / Riders presents
Jeder Teilnehmer erhält bei der Akkreditierung im Startort in einer exklusiven VTS-Edition eine
VAUDE Sporttasche und das Teilnehmertrikot! Im Ziel erhält jeder Finisher ein Finisher-Präsent.
Each participant will receive the following presents at the accreditation:
VAUDE sports-bag plus the VTS riders jersey. Each finisher will receive a finisher present at the finishing line.
6.7 Haftungsausschluss, Datenschutz, Fotorechte / Liability, data protection, copyright of fotos
Jeder Teilnehmer fährt auf eigenes Risiko! Die Straßenverkehrsordnung ist jederzeit zu beachten. Das
Tragen eines Helms ist jederzeit Pflicht. Die Teilnehmer erkennen den Haftungsausschluss der
Veranstalter für Schäden jeder Art an und werden weder gegen die Veranstalter und Sponsoren noch
gegen die Etappenorte oder deren Vertreter Ansprüche wegen Schäden und Verletzungen jeder Art
erheben, die durch die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb entstehen können. Die Teilnehmer erklären sich
damit einverstanden, dass die in der Anmeldung genannten Daten, Fotos der Teilnehmer,
Filmaufnahmen und Interviews in Rundfunk, Fernsehen, Werbung, Büchern fotomechanischen
Vervielfältigungen ohne Vergütungsanspruch genutzt werden dürfen. (Hinweis lt. Datenschutz: Die
Daten der Teilnehmer werden maschinell gespeichert.)
Participation will be on the participants own risk! All riders have to follow strictly and at any time the road
traffic regulations. Wearing a helmet is a must at any time of the race. All participants accept this exclusion of
liability of the organizer, the sponsors and the locations / cities in every case of loss and damages.
The organizer and the sponsors shall not be liable for any injuries occuring in this competition.
All paticipants agree that the organizer can use the follwing datas and materials for free: personal registration
information, TV/Radio interviews, TV shots and fotos of each participant. (data security information: the
personal registration datas are saved by the organizer)
