Startnumbers and duffle bag which were not
picked up, will be issued on both race days at the
starting place in Ettal.
Changes of Changes from one race day to the other or from
registration: 25 km / 10 km to 25 km or 50km are possible, but
you have to pay the extra costs and a handling
fee of 10 €.
Important notice:If the race has to be cancelled due to the lack of
snow, those who signed up until 31 December
2016 will be reimbursed 50% of his/her entry fee
minus the transfer cost. Claims must be asserted
until 30.05.2017. Those who signed up after
31 December 2016 cannot be reimbursed.
Illness: In case of illness, the paid entry fee will be credit
ed upon presentation of a medical certificate for
next year.
Physical Each participant must be in good physical
condition: condition and participates at his own risk .
Bad weather: In case of bad weather respectively little snow the
organizer reserves the right to chance or shorten
the course.
Shuttel service: On both race days from 07.30 hrs on, as well
on Sunday.

technique from Oberammergau. The different
stops are marked. From the sport center (end catering
and shower possibility). Return transfer to
the starting place in Ettal.

The starting field is one kilometer south of the
turn-off in Ettal towards Linderhof.
The starting line will be arranged by the organizer
and FIS.You can do a qualification if you are presenting
previous results.
You must pass the Linderhof Palace until
13.30 hrs, otherwise you will get out of the race.
Disqualification: Each skier who starts before the gun will be disqualified.
As well all those skiers will be disqualified who
do not use the „prescribed race technique“ at
the 50 km race in „classical technique or change
the given course.
Finish-Area:
The finish area is based in Oberammergau near
the Sportcenter.
Parking space: Parking spaces are located on the outskirts of Oberammergau
and near the starting field in Ettal

25 km / 10 km in free technique on Saturday,
ceremony and 04 February at 11.30 hrs
money: 50 km in free technique on Saturday,
04 February at 13.00 hrs
5 km „Mini-Kini“ on Saturday, 06 February after the race
50 km in classical technique on Sunday,
05 February at 12.00 hrs
25 km / 10 km in classical technique on Sunday,
05 February at 14.00 hrs
Each prize has to be picked by the winner personal, else
forfeit the prize.
On Sunday the traditional bavarian Musikkapelle Oberammergau
will play from 11.30 hrs at the finish. Every winner
of the Age Class will get a free starting fee for 2018. The
Flowerceremony take place immediately after arriving the
finish. The Prizemoney is according the rules of the FIS
Worldloppet Cup on Sunday.

dufflebags: In the sport center at the finish.
Guarded storage It is the possibility to the turn in your skier for storage in
of skiers: the center. The organizer does not undertake liability for
not turned in ski.
Adress/Datas In order to send out advertisiment material and announand
pictures: cements about cross-country skiing, the organizer uses
the addresses which were given by the participants. We
kindly ask you to take notice.
The entry fee for Catering along the course as well as the end catering at
25km, 10 km and the sport center near the finish. Shower possibility / sport-
25 km race center. Bus transportation to the start. Waxservice. Stoincludes:
rage of clothes. Tranportation of the numbered duffle bag
from the start to the finish. Startnumber to be recycled.
Skisticker and medal for each participant. Information
brochure for participant. Medical services and rescue.
