Geltungsbereich
Die nachfolgenden Bedingungen gelten für die Abwicklung
von Schulungen und Trainings der NEAC
Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KG. Änderungen gelten
nur insoweit als diese schriftlich vereinbart sind.
Kosten / Zahlungsbedingungen
Die jeweiligen Kosten für die Schulung/das Training entnehmen
Sie bitte unserem aktuellen Angebot. Anreiseund
Übernachtungskosten sind - sofern nicht anders vereinbart
- von den Teilnehmer selbst zu tragen. Hotelreservierungen
für Übernachtungen der Teilnehmer können
wir auf Wunsch gerne vornehmen.
Die Kosten sind sofort nach Rechnungsstellung unter
Angabe der Rechnungs-Nummer auf eines der angegebenen
Konten zu begleichen.
Schulungs-/Trainings-Teilnehmer
Um einen möglichst hohen Nutzen für die
Seminarteilnehmer zu erreichen, ist die Teilnehmerzahl
begrenzt. Der Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich mit der
Bestellung zum Besuch der Schulung/des Trainings. Die
Teilnehmer müssen für praktische Trainings Sicherheitsschuhwerk
und Arbeitskleidung mitbringen.
Eine Auftragsbestätigung erfolgt umgehend. Sie können
sich schriftlich per Fax oder Email mit dem umseitigen
Formular unter der unten stehenden Adresse anmelden.
Es ist grundsätzlich möglich, Ersatzteilnehmer für die
Schulung/das Training zu benennen. Eine endgültige
Teilnehmerliste muss spätestens eine Woche vor dem
Veranstaltungstermin der NEAC vorliegen.
Abschließende Bestimmungen
Schulungs-/Trainings-Unterlagen sowie die Tagesverpflegung
(Getränke und Mittagessen) während der
Schulung/des Trainings werden gestellt. Die Unterlagen
dürfen nicht ohne die schriftliche Einwilligung von NEAC
Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KG reproduziert werden.
Wir behalten uns vor, das Schulungs-/Trainings-
Programm zu ändern. Ferner kann die Schulung/das
Training aus Gründen, die wir nicht zu vertreten haben,
abgesagt werden.
Für die Haftung gelten die Bedingungen des BGB. Es gelten
die Geschäftsbedingungen der NEAC Compressor
Service GmbH & Co. KG.

Range of Application
The following conditions apply for the NEAC Compressor
Service GmbH & Co. KG workshops. Any amendments or
modifications are subject to a prior agreement in written
form.
Costs / Terms of Payment
The costs for this training can be taken from our quotation.
Costs incurred for arrival and departure have to be borne
by the participant - unless otherwise given in the quotation.
Hotel reservation can certainly be made at request of
the participant. Costs have to be paid into one of the
accounts stated immediately after receipt of the invoice
indicating the invoice number.
Training Participants
To ensure a highest efficiency for the participants of the
workshop, the number of participants is limited. With this
registration, the participants commit to attending the
workshop. Participants have to bring safety shoes and
work clothes with them for the practical part.
The registration will be confirmed immediately. Your
registration can be made by facsimile or by e-mail with the
overleaf form to the below mentioned address.
Generally, it is possible to appoint someone else as replacement.
The final list of participants has to be transmitted
to NEAC one week before date of training.
Final Provisions
We shall bear the costs for training documentation and for
daily meals (drinks and lunch) during the workshop.
Without written consent of NEAC Compressor Service
GmbH & Co. KG it is not allowed to copy the training
documentation.
We reserve the right to modify the agenda of the training.
Furthermore it is possible to cancel a workshop for
reasons beyond our responsibility.
The terms of "BGB" apply for the liability. Terms and conditions
of NEAC Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KG are
applicable.
