Terms of supply
A. The shower enclosure must be located within the installation space or in the immediate vicinity.
B. The packages must be positioned within the building designated for installation.
C. The configuration and hook-ups of the plumbing/electrical systems are to be arranged by and charged to the client.
(they must be suitable for the shower to be installed and in compliance with existing building codes)
D. The installation of the shower tray must be done by the client (suitable in shape, size, and installation and in keeping with the type of shower stall to be installed).
E. The requested date to start work will be communicated by the client 10 days in advance,
upon verification of the conditions of the installation site and the availability of the materials to be installed.
F. The buyer hereby agrees to guarantee the continuity of the installation of products beginning with the date communicated.
G. The installation site must be accessible and free of clutter (in the specific zone) and accessories, bathroom fixtures, furniture, special tiles, etc.
that obstruct the installation of the shower enclosure and equipped with a functioning 220 V outlet.
H. The buyer hereby agrees to provide the complete floor plan for the subdivision of the shower enclosure for the floor/room during the purchase.
I. The buyer relieves the Samo Assistance Centre for any and all responsibility due to the damage of existing systems in the installation zone if not communicated in advance by sending
the executive drawings and system diagrams 10 days in advance.
J. Once the installation has been completed, the works manager or designated technician selected by the client will inspect and sign the Samo Intervention Report.
K. In case of extraordinary interventions not foreseen and agreed upon beforehand, the same will be invoiced once the works are complete at a fixed cost of 60 €/hour per technician.
L. The types of offers for the installation/disassembly of shower enclosure do not include the disposal of the packaging and the old shower enclosure if not agreed upon beforehand
during the estimate phase.
M. For boring holes into materials like porcelain stoneware, marble, glass, a surcharge of € 80 will be applied.
N. The walls involved in the positioning of the shower enclosure must be suitable in terms of dimensions and anchoring structures, as indicated in the assembly instructions;
otherwise, the installation manager must be notified 10 days in advance.
O. If the installation is impossible, the transfer costs will be charged 160 €.
Lieferbedingungen
A. Der Duschkabinenmüssen sich innerhalb des Installationsraumes oder in unmittelbarer Nähe dazu befinden.
B. Die Transportverpackungen müssen innerhalb des für die Installation bestimmten Gebäudes abgelegt werden.
C. Die Herstellung und der Anschluss der Wasser- und Stromversorgungsanlagen sind Sache des Auftraggebers
(sie müssen auf die zu installierenden Duschkabinenabgestimmt sein und geltendem Recht entsprechen).
D. Die Positionierung einer möglichen Duschwanne ist Sache des Auftraggebers
(sie muss in der Form, den Abmessungen und dem Einbau auf den zu installierenden Kabinentyp abgestimmt sein).
E. Der Auftraggeber hat den gewünschten Tag für den Beginn der Arbeiten, nachdem Sie sich vom Zustand der Räume und der Verfügbarkeit
des zu installierenden Materials überzeugt haben, 10 Tage im Voraus.
F. Der Käufer garantiert, dass die Installation der Produkte ab dem mitgeteilten Datum unterbrechungsfrei möglich ist.
G. Die betreffenden Räume müssen (im entsprechenden Bereich) zugänglich und von Zubehör, Sanitäranlagen, Möbeln, gewölbten Fliesen („Torelli“) etc. geräumt sein, die die Installation der
Duschkabinen behindern könnten. Außerdem müssen die Räume mit einer funktionierenden 220-V-Steckdose ausgestattet sein.
H. Der Käufer verpflichtet sich, beim Erwerb den vollständigen Lageplan für die Duschkabinen auf der Etage / im Raum bereitzustellen.
I. Der Käufer enthebt den Kundendienst der Firma Samo jeder Haftung für die Beschädigung von in den Installationsbereichen befindlichen Anlagen,
wenn dieser Umstand nicht zuvor durch Übersendung des Anlagenplans 10 Tage im Voraus.
J. Nach Abschluss der Installationsarbeiten nimmt der Bauleiter oder ein von Ihnen gewählter Beauftragter, der sich verpflichtet,
den Arbeitsbericht der Firma Samo zu unterzeichnen, die Kontrolle vor.
K. Im Falle nicht vorgesehener und zuvor vereinbarter außergewöhnlicher Arbeiten werden nach Abschluss der Tätigkeiten pauschal 60 €/Stunde für jede eingesetzte Fachkraft berechnet.
L. Die Angebote für die Installation und den Ausbau der Duschkabinenumfassen nicht die Entsorgung der Verpackungen oder alter Kabinen, es sei denn, dies wurde zuvor bei Erstellung
des Angebots vereinbart.
M. Für das Bohren von Materialien wie Feinsteinzeug, Marmor oder Glas wird ein Aufpreis von € 80.
N. Die Wände, an denen der Duschkabinenpositioniert werden, müssen bezüglich ihrer Abmessungen und Struktur für die laut Montageanleitung vorgesehene Verankerung geeignet sein.
Andernfalls hat der Bauleiter diesen Umstand 10 Tage im Voraus.
O. Ist die Montage unmöglich, wird das Ausrücken der Arbeitskräfte in Rechnung gestellt € 160.
