<strong>John</strong> <strong>Rutter</strong> CBE wurde 1945 in London geboren und studierte<br />

hinaus ist er auch als Herausgeber und Mitherausgeber<br />
mehrerer Sammelbände bekannt, zum Beispiel der vier<br />
Bände Carols for Choirs mit Sir David Willcocks und der Serie<br />
Oxford Choral Classics. Neben dem Komponieren widmet sich<br />
<strong>John</strong> <strong>Rutter</strong> auch dem Dirigieren und ist bei vielen weltweit<br />
