General Remarks
The LUCERNE FESTIVAL management reserves the right to cancel any event,
even at short notice. In such cases the full purchase price of the tickets will be
refunded to the purchaser. No other claims for damages will be honoured.
Refund requests must be submitted no later than two months after the date of
the cancelled performance. Changes of performers, programmes, or venues
do not entitle the purchaser to a refund. In case an event must be postponed,
the tickets remain valid for the new date concerned. Such tickets cannot be
exchanged or refunded. The Festival management also reserves the right to
alter seat bookings as necessary (e.g. for concert broadcasts) and to assign
equivalent or superior seats to the purchaser if the booked seat should no
longer be available or if the change of seat should seriously affect the enjoyment
of the performance. Please note that all equipment with acoustic signals
(mobile phones, wristwatches, etc.) must be switched off during the performance.
For the sake of the musicians and the other members of the audience,
latecomers will not be seated until the intermission.
