PFLITSCH überzeugt seit Jahrzehnten nicht nur
mit praxisorientierten Produkten, sondern auch
mit einem durchdachten Serviceangebot. Beides
hat das Ziel, Kunden in unterschiedlichen
Branchen und in aller Welt mit optimalen Lösungen
zu unterstützen. Neben Großserien
kann PFLITSCH auf seinem flexiblen Maschinenpark
auch Prototypen, Sonderteile und Kleinserien
wirtschaftlich realisieren.
Praxisorientierte Werkzeuge wie der variable
Montageschlüssel, ein Drehmonent-Schlüssel,
Lochfräser oder Pyramidenbohrer minimieren
den Montageaufwand rund um die Kabelverschraubung.
In Kombination mit den bewährten
PFLITSCH Kabelkanälen kann der Kunde
auch einbaufertige Baugruppen bestellen.

Von M6 bis M120
Von der Minikabelverschraubung M6 für
Anwendungen an Gastanks bis zu den
großen M120-Typen für die Kraftwerkstechnik
reicht die Bandbreite. (Abb. 3) Sondergewinde,
angespritzte Halterungen für Wellrohre, Dichteinsätze
für Sonderkabel sowie Verschraubungskörper
aus speziellen Kunststoffen oder
Edelstahl sind kein Problem.
Garantierte Qualität
Ganz klar, dass sich alle Produkte im PFLITSCH
Testlabor auf Herz und Nieren prüfen lassen. Für
den internationalen Einsatz verfügen PFLITSCH-
Standardprodukte u. a. über VDE-, UL- und
CSA-Zulassungen. Auch die europäischen EMVund
ATEX-Normen werden sicher erfüllt.
PFLITSCH liefert die Kabelverschraubungen
wahl weise in Einzelteilen oder als fertig konfektionierte
Komplettverschraubung. Ausgezeichnet
mit kundenspezifischen Warenetiketten
fügen sie sich optimal in die Warenwirtschaft
und Logistik der Anwender ein. (Abb. 6)
CAD-Daten weltweit verfügbar
Da etwa 70% der später gekauften Teile bereits
im Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsprozess
festgelegt werden, stellt PFLITSCH seinen Kunden
weltweit die CAD-Daten seiner Kabelverschraubungen
bedienerfreundlich und stets
aktualisiert über das Internet zur Verfügung.
Rund um die Uhr können die technischen Zeichnungen
einfach heruntergeladen werden. Über
die PFLITSCH Homepage loggt sich der Kunde
in den Partserver ein und wählt über einen
übersichtlichen Teilebaum seinen gewünschten
Typ aus. In einer 3D-Vorschau lässt sich das
Bauteil in allen Ansichten zeigen – sowohl in Linien-
wie in schattierter Darstellung. Hat der
Anwender im Partserver-Setup seine individuellen
Angaben hinterlegt, bekommt er nach Auswahl
des Datenformats kostenlos die
CAD-Daten geschickt. (Abb. 5)
Practice-tested products – customer-oriented
service
PFLITSCH has proved convincing over the decades
not only with practice-oriented products,
but also with the sophisticated range of services
they offer. These two aspects have the one objective
of supporting customers in different
branches of industry and throughout the world
with the best possible solutions. Apart from fullproduction
runs, PFLITSCH can economically
realise prototypes, special parts and short runs
on their flexible machinery as well.
Practically oriented tools, such as the variable
assembly key, a torque key, hole cutter or pyramid
drill, minimise overall assembly outlay for
cable gland work. Combined with time-tested
PFLITSCH cable trunking, customers can also
order ready-for-installation components.

From M6 to M120
The scope of the products offered ranges from
the mini-cable gland M6 for application on gas
tanks right up to the large M120 types for
power-plant engineering. (Fig. 3) Special screw
threads, extruded retainers for corrugated
pipes, sealing inserts for special cables as well
as gland bodies made of special plastics or
stainless steel present no problems.
Guaranteed quality
It goes without saying that all these products
are put through their paces in the PFLITSCH testing
laboratory. For international applications,
PFLITSCH`s standard products also have at their
disposal VDE, UL and CSA approval. The European
EMC and ATEX Standards are easily met.
PFLITSCH supplies the cable glands optionally in
single components or as complete, ready-made
glands. Tagged with customised product labels,
they blend in optimally in the users` resource
planning and logistics. (Fig. 6)
CAD data globally available
Since about 70 % of the subsequently purchased
parts are already determined in the development
and construction process, PFLITSCH
place the CAD data of their cable glands at the
disposal of their customers throughout the
world user-friendly and constantly updated on
the Internet. The technical drawings can be simply
downloaded around the clock. The customer
logs into the part server via PFLITSCH`s
homepage and selects the type he wants from
a clearly arranged parts` subtree. The component
can be shown in all its aspects in a 3-D
view – both in line presentation as well as shaded.
Once users provide their individual data in
the PartServer-Setup, they get the CAD data
sent to themselves free of charge after selecting
the data format needed. (Fig. 5)
