Kochpressen
Mit unseren pneumatischen Kochpressen können Sie Kochpökelwaren ohne Druckverlust gleichmäßig pressen,
kochen und nach Kundenwunsch in fast jede Form bringen, vor allem bei Slicerprodukten, bei denen es
auf egalisierte Produkte ankommt. Die Kochpressen haben sich einen festen Platz in der Fleischbranche
erobert und sind aus vielen Bereichen nicht mehr wegzudenken.
Die Kochpressen sind robust und komplett aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Der pneumatische Zylinder besteht aus
einem speziell entwickelten Gummi, hitzebeständig bis 90° C, mit Edelstahlplatten. Die Kochpressen werden in
acht Modellen mit einem Füllgewicht von 100 - 700 kg hergestellt.

Our presses are firmly established in the butcher
business and many factories cannot
imagine being without them anymore.
The presses for boiled products are robust
and completely made of stainless steel. The
pneumatic cylinder consists of a specially
developed rubber, heat resistant up to 90° C,
with end plates of stainless steel. The presses
are manufactured in eight models with a
filling capacity of 100 to 700 kg.
