С Т Р А Н А 24 What’s on my mind? My mind is a maze. Often I get lost inside of my head because I think too much and,eventually, overthink things. Apart from being in a maze that gives me headackes, it’s a wonderful database of memories and information. Most of the time I don’t even know what I’m thinking about. It’s not like I’m thinking about one or two or three things. I really think about everything. Plans for that same day, plans for the day after, plans for that month etc. On the other hand, I fantasize about about a book,for example, or a movie or a piece of art. Sometimes I have days when I don’t think about anything, which is really confusing to my brain. But latelly there is only one thing on my mind. School. To be percise, grades and the end of the semester. It’s not like I’m stressing myself about school and grades. The thing is that I’m trying to find time to study. Time. All of that planning and overthinking is because I’m afraid I won’t have time for everything. Usually the things that are on my mind are connected which keeps me focused and organized. There have been situations where I forgot I was out with my friends because I got lost in my head. My mind is a maze that I get lost in, but the point is that it’s my maze. 25 С Т Р А Н А New Year’s resolutions New Year is coming again and it is time to think about my New Year’s resolutions. Which of them I realized, which not, remains to be seen. There are a lot of people who make New Year’s resolutions every year, I do that too. But somehow, I don’t usually try to realize them during the year. When I was younger, I used to promise that I will learn more, especially some subjects I didn’t like. And I really tried to do that. I succeeded. But now, it is a little bit different. I became lazier. And when I write some resolutions, I don’t even think about them, until the next New Year. And then, I see that I didn’t do anything. But this year will be different, I hope. I will try to realize my New Year’s resolutions. That would be my New Year’s resolution, the most important one. The next one is that I will try to learn chemistry, and to prepare for University. I know it will be hard, but I must try, especially the second one. New Year’s resolutions are good. They can make you do something for yourself. And I honestly hope that this time I will succeed. Одличан сам ученик, а поред редовних школских обавеза, посвећена сам и многим ваннаставним активностима. Енглески језик учим прилично дуго, а осим енглеског говорим и немачки језик.
