Description: Early intervention service to families with a young person<br />
aged12 to 18 years at risk of leaving home. Conflict<br />
resolution short term 6 to 8 weeks. Individual casework,<br />
group work and/or mediation. Assistance also provided to<br />
find emergency accommodation and housing. Counselling<br />
and mediation services.<br />
