Hot Dawg! The first Swiss Sausage Festival with country-wide participation and atmosphere!<br />

A fun exhibition for the whole family with select cuisine, rousing theater spectacles, astonishing<br />

works of art, exciting competitions and lots of meaty events! The <strong>sausage</strong> gets stuffed at Lucerne<br />

in five different locations: in the History Museum, in the eatery Restaurant 1871, in the café-bar<br />

LOKAL, in the Doggwiler butcher shop and at LUGA, the county fair of Central Switzerland.<br />

Discover for yourself the culture and variety of Swiss <strong>sausage</strong>. Try-and-buy fine <strong>sausage</strong> specialties<br />

from all parts of the country. Make your own <strong>sausage</strong> and learn more about butchers and<br />

their <strong>sausage</strong> handiwork. Gape at unusual <strong>sausage</strong> artwork. Hear music and tales about <strong>sausage</strong>.<br />

Enjoy amazing <strong>sausage</strong> creations in Restaurant 1871 and in the café-bar LOKAL. Learn<br />

more about traditions and trends. Chuckle in the children’s theater about clever Little Porky or<br />

visit all kinds of meaty stage shows. Win terrific prizes in various competitions. Discover the mini<br />
