ClImATE: The northeast trade winds keep the humidity<br />

quite low, and with an average annual temperature<br />

of 82° F. There is very little rain, so vegetation is not<br />

decrees (if applicable) are mandated and require a<br />

3-day waiting period. Applications for license with<br />

2-week processing period and mandatory $167 fee<br />
