average annual temperature of 80° F, and a rainy<br />

season between June and December.<br />

proof of single status, and divorce decrees (if applicable)<br />

are required. A 5-day on-island waiting period is required<br />

for both parties prior to applying for marriage license and<br />

a 2-3 day processing period and $15 mandatory fee.<br />
