§ <strong>199</strong>-16 ZONING § <strong>199</strong>-17<br />

(b) Site plan as part of the application process must show all buildings,<br />

parking spaces, driveways, rights of way, service areas, along with screening or<br />

landscaping plans; and must include the distances from the nearest of each of the uses as<br />

listed in paragraph <strong>199</strong>-16-D-3-c of this bylaw.<br />

(6) Findings – The Planning Board may impose other reasonable conditions, safeguards,<br />

and limitations based on their review of the application.<br />

(1) Special Permit for Adult Uses will be issued only to those owners who are listed<br />

in the application.<br />

(2) The Special Permit will not run with the land. Any change in the ownership<br />

structure will require a new Special Permit process.<br />

(3) Any Adult Use Special Permit shall lapse within one year if the proposed<br />

structure is unoccupied or if construction has not been completed. This time period may<br />

be extended by vote of the Planning Board after a public hearing is held on this matter.<br />

(7) Severability – The provisions of this section of the bylaw are severable. In the event<br />

that any portion of this section of the bylaw is determined to be invalid for any reason, the<br />

remaining provisions shall remain in effect and in full force.<br />

§ <strong>199</strong>-17. Floodplain.<br />

Any use permitted and as regulated in the portion of any <strong>zoning</strong> district overlaid by the floodplain shall be<br />

permitted subject to the restrictions set forth in Section <strong>199</strong>-25 of this chapter.<br />
