Angeschlossen an einen Laptop oder PC wird das Arbeiten mit dem programmer schneller und einfacher. In einem aufwendig verarbeitetem Metallgehäuse bieten 13 Fader und 74 Tasten direkten Zugriff auf <strong>Cue</strong>listen, Master und alle zentralen Funktionen der Software. Bei der Programmierung stellen fünf ölgelagerte Jogdials die korrekte Feineinstellung von DMX-Parametern sicher. Über das Netzwerk kann der e:player2D vom e:cue Programmer oder der Media Engine per TCP/IP gesteuert werden. Bis zu 256 einzelne e:player2D können so unabhängig voneinander kontrolliert werden. Up to 256 PCs running e:player2D can be controlled independently. Two parallel video streams help with latency-free loading of and switching between videos. Commands like playback, seek, volume control and track select are available and can be synchronized to DMX data, timecode or any desired trigger available in the e:cue system. Users of other light desks can control the e:player2D over DMX with the help of a calypso.
