to drive. Skills and abilities required include: Applying reasoning ability, knowledge of traffic rules, and driving skills to operate vehicles or
instruct others; judging distances and speeds to avoid accidents; moving eyes, hands, and feet to start, steer, and stop vehicle; reading traffic
signs from afar; following instructions regarding time schedules, use of meters, and passenger pickups and routes; identifying color of traffic
light signals; counting money; and keeping fare records.
