OPTICAL FIBER HEADS
FD-G6
Fiber allows installation space saving
The fi ber head has M3 screw threads, allowing installation
space saving when using many fi bers.
High-precision positioning is possible
This coaxial fi ber has the emitting fi ber at the center and the
receiving fi ber around it. This fi ber is ideal for high-precision
positioning.
Allows sensing of very small objects
FX-MR6 and FX-MR3 fi nest spot lenses can be attached
making this fi ber ideal for sensing very small objects e.g. the
orientation of chips.
FD-WKZ1
Compact fi ber head
FD-WKZ1 has a compact head with dimensions of
9.25.215mm (WHD).
Narrow-view refl ective type fi ber allows for
accurate aiming through narrow aperture
obstruction
The beam spread of FD-WKZ1 has been reduced to approximately
1 ⁄ 5 of that of conventional fi ber, enabling detection
through narrow apertures.
Long sensing range
Sensing can now be performed
over distances of 480mm. Furthermore,
the implementation
of a powerful light beam allows
the sensor to perform detection
under diffi cult sensing conditions
where high levels of dust
and coarse particulates are
present.
