Consent of Michael Donovan for proceedings in the court of the Irish Land
Commission, to purchase his holding from the Leigh-White Estate (c.1922).

Castletownbere. They wanted a general purchase of the ground rents and a
temporary reduction of 33.3 % in rents. Includes draft rental for the Town of
Castletown Bere, year ending 29 th September, 1934, and a typed list of
leaseholders on the Castletownbere Division of the Estate. Michael T. Hanley
(Chairman of the Tenants Committee), Castletown is the main representative.
Also correspondence on rental arrears by Daniel Murphy, West End, and D.
O’Neill, Main Street, both of Castletownbere.
