Release of lands (listed) in the Barony of East Carbery by Richard, Earl of
Cork and Burlington, Dorothy (his wife), and Sir William Heathcote, to
Richard White, Bantry, in consideration of £2,450. 2. 0.

A Release made by Edward Dunne, his wife, Frances, and Francis Dunne, of a
bond made between Richard White (1 st Earl of Bantry), Richard, Lord
Longueville and Francis Dunne, for £4,000, on the 7 th July 1801. The balance
remaining to be paid on the bond by the Earl of Bantry is £1,031. 16. 6, plus
the interest of £113. 19. 11.

Deed of Surrender made between Robert Reeves, Merrion Square, City of
Dublin and Richard White (1 st Earl of Bantry), for the sum of 5 shillings, for
the lands of Inchiclough, consisting of sub-denominations of [Spanaclick] and
Lehane, in the Barony of Bere. Reeves had leased these lands from Hamilton
White in 19 th Nov. 1785, for a 1000 years, for a yearly rent of one peppercorn.

Release of lands in the Barony of East Carbery under mortgage by Teresa
Leahy and Thomas Leahy (as Executor of Eliza Leahy) to James Evan Baillie
and Richard White (1 st Earl of Bantry), in consideration of £4,150. The Earl of
Bantry paid £1,000 to Thomas Leahy, in order to secure the sum of £3,150
owed to Leahy, on the 22 nd and the 23 rd March 1810. He leased lands in East
Carbery to Leahy as a security of repayment.
