Innovation: Integrating support services<br />
As business needs change, innovation support is also evolving.<br />
Taking account of the upcoming Horizon 2020, this session will discuss the creation of an integrated innovation support infrastructure by encouraging the use of the<br />
latest generation of innovation support tools.<br />
Experiences from previous initiatives to ‘broaden and deepen innovation support’ will also be discussed as will new ways to accelerate capacity building.<br />

One of our <strong>Network</strong>’s main challenges is to be able to provide the same quality services in all countries.<br />
Standardisation of training content and adoption of common methodologies vis à vis client companies can be powerful ways to increase our success.<br />
The workshop will share ideas for future training activities and open the discussion on the possibility to test and certify acquired knowledge.<br />
