Future Beach ® Corporation warrants
your new boat to be free from defect in
materials and workmanship, subject to
the following terms and conditions:
Future Beach ® warrants the hull of your
new boat to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period
of 2 (two) year from the date of retail
sale.
The boat components are covered for
a period of 1 (one) year from the date
of purchase.
The warranty is applicable to Future
Beach ® products registered and normally
operated in North America. Under
this warranty, Future Beach ® is limited
to the repair or replacement of
the components at the option of Future
Beach ® • Wear-and-tear deterioration,
discoloration, or fading.
• Commercial use or rental.
• Damage or surface corrosion
caused by the environment.
• Damage caused by the use of
aggressive chemical cleaning
solvents.
• All incidental or consequential
damages.
• Any damage incurred to and from

. This warranty is non-transferable
to a subsequent owner.
