11.5 LOOP CHECKING AND COMMISSIONING
� Bidder is fully responsible for all work related to loop checking including cable laying, dressing,
identification, ferruling, calibrations, loop testing.
� Bidder shall be responsible for commissioning of each & every equipments installed in the skid and
control panel.
11.6 SPARES PHILOSOPHY.
Mandatory Spares:
a) Repair kit for PCV (diaphragm, O-rings, cone etc)- 02 nos.
b) Repair kit for pilot ( Diaphragm, O-rings etc) -02 nos.
c) Repair kit for SDV (Diaphragm, O-rings etc.)- 01 nos.
d) Filter cartridges: 02 sets for each type of filter.
e) Metallic Gasket : 04 sets for each size & schedule.
f) All the IO cards/ barriers/relays/terminals shall be installed 20% in excess than the required for
future expansion.
Optional Spares:
a) Recommendations for 2 years operational spare parts, special tools and documentation.
13.0 BIDDER DATA REQUIREMENTS
Drawings/ documents shall be submitted by bidder as per enclosed Annexure-II.
