request for a conversion kit to run your engine on straight vegetable oil !
Important: Because of the high number of requests we try to make the order procedure as
efficient as possible. For this, we have included a pro forma invoice to this document.
Before you fill-out your credit card data or transfer the money to our account, please copy
the price and the invoice number of our email into the pro forma invoice. The original
invoice will be included in the kit, which will be sent out having received the money. In
case you are not interested in our offer, please ignore this document. In case of any
questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

After the technical check of your engine data, we decided to offer you a:

The price and the invoice number (PBR-ET-…), you can find on our email. Please, always
mention these numbers when contacting us, it will make it easier for us to support you.

1. Technical description of the conversion kit
The kit contains all relevant parts necessary for the modification of your Diesel engine to
be operated with vegetable oil according to the „Vegetable Oil Quality Standard“.
Specifically, the conversion kit contains - among other parts - the following components:
• Injection nozzle inserts
• Glow plugs
• Fuel filter
• Stop-cock
• Hydraulic fuel heat exchanger
• Electric fuel pre-heater (assembled on the fuel filter)
• Temperature sensor
• Relays and relay holder
• Fuel lines
• Coolant lines
• Manual fuel feed pump (to bleed the fuel system)
• Instructions for installation
Wires for the electric system are supplied, as the length dimensions are not predictable. Wire
capacities are to be seen from the wiring scheme which is part of the delivery package.
Cable colours can vary from time to time. All components have to be installed according to the
instructions and in consideration of the applicable safety standards!
Important: Customers, who are interested in the conversion of Volkswagen TDI and Renault
1,9 dti engines have to send us all the injectors of the car for the necessary modifications. We
will send back the modified injectors together with the conversion kit. Such kits are marked
with a special invoice number, ending on “TDI” or “DIAT” (for example PBR-ET-777-TDI).

DEU: Die originale Rücklaufleitung wird entfernt.
Die bisherige Vorlaufleitung wird als neue
Rücklaufleitung montiert und angeschlossen.
Die Vorlaufleitung wird entsprechend dem Schema
neu installiert. Alternativ zum Kunststoffrohr
(B1-09) kann auch ein Kraftstoffschlauch 10mm
(B1-15) im Bausatz enthalten sein, dieser ist alle
10 cm sicher zu befestigen. Gleichzeitig entfallen
damit die Bauteile B1-10 und z.T. B1-13.
ENG: Remove the original „“Back-pipe: Injection-pump
– Fuel-tank“ and replace it by the
original pipe „Fuel-tank – Injection-pump“! The
new feeding line shall be assembled according
to the following diagram!. Alternative to the
plastic pipe (B1-09) the kit may contain a 10mm
rubber hose (B1-15). Further in this case parts
B1-10 and B1-13 are not included in the kit.

2. Instructions, SVO-standard
Beside the necessary parts, the kit contains detailed and illustrated instructions for the
installation and the operator’s manual. Further included the “Vegetable Oil Quality Standard” .
The conversion kit comes with detailed and illustrated instructions for installation and
with some supplementary information that relate to the future operation of the
converted engine.

5. „Vegetable Oil Quality Standard“ for SVO / WVO
ELSBETT conversions and ELSBETT conversion kits are optimised for the use of straight /
pure (new or recycled) vegetable oils (SVO or WVO), which are equal to the quality standard
and are not otherwise chemically or mechanically contaminated. You should make sure, that
your plant oil source complies with the following specifications. At freezing temperatures, we
advise to blend the vegetable oil with diesel fuel.
