Police Department and Chief Gurney added that Tim Flanagan is a dedicated officer and
he is a fine example to the younger officers. He continues to make himself better.
Councilman Nalbandian added that Sergeant Flanagan is an exemplary officer.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Councilman Bisaillon, seconded by Heller, to approve the minutes of February
22, 2006, with the following correction: page 4, 3 rd line, should read “clear to see”.
Motion carried.
