ATV limited IS in the WT, but not in the eNOS -/- and iNOS -/- mice. There were 8 mice in the WT ATV+ group and 10 mice in each of the other groups. On the other hand, ATV increased COX2 levels in the WT and eNOS -/- mice, but not in the iNOS -/- mice. There were 4 mice in each group.
