13. Financial Statements
Members’ Guarantee
The company is incorporated under the
Corporations Act 2001 and is an entity
limited by guarantee. If the company is
wound up, the constitution states that
each member is required to contribute a
maximum of $50 each towards meeting
any outstanding obligations of the entity.
At 31 December 2010 the collective liability
of members was $1,350 (2009: $1,350).
Auditor’s Independence Declaration
The auditor’s independence declaration for
the year ended 31 December 2010 has been
received and can be found on page 78 of
the financial report.
