Community Garage Sale!<br />
Saturday, February 18th from 8 AM to Noon<br />
It’s that time of the year again! Time to start cleaning<br />
out those closets and that garage and get ready for our<br />
Community Garage Sale! If you wish to participate,<br />
please complete your registration information by Tuesday,<br />
February 14th (forms are available at the HOA Office).<br />
This sale is held at the individual homes� A permit for all<br />
participants registered by the 14th will be obtained by the<br />
Activities Director� A list of garage sale participants will also<br />
be available on Friday, February 17th in the Town Center<br />
Lobby for those registered by the 14th� The next date for the<br />
garage sale is Saturday, March 31st� Happy shopping!<br />

Back by popular demand…Kathy is back<br />
at <strong>Verona</strong><strong>Walk</strong> to captivate her audience once again with<br />
entertaining stories, dazzling pictures and, of course<br />
her amazing flower arranging skills! Be it a birthday,<br />
christening, wedding or an evening together with friends,<br />
flowers enhance the ambience when we celebrate every<br />
day happenings� The Pleasure of Your Company will take<br />
us behind the scenes of creating, well, a little bit larger<br />
event than you will probably be putting together for your<br />
next dinner party� Kathy will detail what really goes on<br />
behind the scenes, warts and all, by sharing first-hand her<br />
own experiences� A Special Events and Floral Design<br />
Instructor at the New York Botanical Gardens for 15 years<br />
and currently a resident of Naples, Kathy is the recipient<br />
of 5 Gala Awards, referred to as the “Oscars of the Special<br />
Event Industry”� She is the co-author of three books on<br />
floral design, with a fourth book to be published in the<br />
Spring of 2012� Kathy’s career runs the gamut, from<br />
events for Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, fundraiser<br />
for former President Bill Clinton and the Inauguration<br />
of President Bush, to a wedding for 13 people with a<br />
cat for a flower girl. People can buy fabulous homes<br />
for the same money spent on her weddings� Kathy will<br />
provide us with ideas for home entertaining so do bring<br />
an interesting container, one of your favorites� Kathy will<br />
select several containers to create beautiful designs right<br />
before your very eyes and if your container is selected,<br />
you get to take it home with you! She will also create<br />
designs in containers she provides and these will be raffled<br />
off as well� After the presentation, you will enjoy a light<br />
luncheon of garden salad, fruit, a variety of sandwiches<br />
and dessert� Lemonade, Iced Tea and Coffee are included�<br />
All other beverages are BYOB� Cost is $25�00 per<br />
person� Check payable to <strong>Verona</strong><strong>Walk</strong> Activities� RSVP is<br />
required by Monday, February 27th� A 14 day cancellation<br />

We are looking for residents and outside vendors to sell food,<br />
goodies, art, crafts & more at our Marketplace! Cost for residents is<br />
$10 per space (1 - 6 foot table included) and $15 for non-residents<br />
(1-6 foot table included). There will also be a limited amount of<br />
outdoor spaces for $15 per parking space (no tables included).<br />
