Horizontal supply<br />
Heat traced horizontal drench shower for installation<br />
into the wall of a heated area. St<strong>and</strong>ard models are<br />
explosion proof CLASS 1, Division 2, Group B, C, D.<br />
(Class 1, Division 1 available on request).<br />

Head: 10" ABS plastic in <strong>Safety</strong> Green (Model 8129).<br />
Activation: Rigid stainless steel pull rod operates a<br />
stay open chrome plated brass ball valve that is<br />
equipped with a stainless steel stem.<br />
Jacket: <strong>Safety</strong> Green, UV resistant, ABS plastic with<br />
removable polyethylene foam insulation. Includes<br />
elastomeric seal for added weather protection.<br />
Electric Cable: Reliable self-regulating heat cable<br />
with external braid, guards against overheating <strong>and</strong><br />
cold spots. FM <strong>and</strong> CSA approved. CLASS 1,<br />
Division 2, Group B, C, D. NEC T6 185°F(85°C).<br />
Thermostat: The temperature control thermostat<br />
shuts off heat at 57°-67°F(8°C-11°C ). CLASS 1,<br />
Division 2, Group B, C, D explosion proof.<br />
Freeze Protection Bleed Valve: (Model<br />
SP158A) Flushes water through line when internal<br />
water temperature drops below 35°F(2°C). Closes at<br />
45°F(7°C).<br />
Junction Box: CLASS 1, Division 1, Group B, C, D<br />
supplied with units.<br />
Power <strong>Supply</strong>: 120V, 60HZ single phase, AC.<br />
AMP Loading: .7 AMPS, 80 watts 50°F internal unit<br />
temperature.<br />
Mounting: Stainless steel wall plate with lock-inplace<br />
coupler.<br />
